Here is a collection of Agape ideas. You may use one of these suggestions or create your own unique agape. Remember to create 65 sets for each weekend (130 total) or 120 total for Awakening weekends. This is in order to supply enough for both male and female guests / sleepers. Deliver your agape to a member of the Agape team.
Earrings
Iron together multi-colored perler beads and then attach earring hooks. Can make both pierced and unpierced versions.
Agape Vest
Pin agape on the vest to display agape that has been received.
Braided Bracelet
Braid together different colored satin cord into a bracelet.
Frog Eraser
"Leap for the Lord — Jesus has erased our sins."
Balloon
"When you feel deflated - God will always fill you up."
Q-Tip
"God cleans the deep down dirty places we don't want to think about."
Rooster Cup
Make a comb top out of a chenille stick (pipe cleaner) — shape and twist; Make beak out of bumpy chenille. Stick 2 separate together and then twist. Draw on eyes.
Jesus' Footprints

Guitar Pick
"Make a joyful noise unto the Lord." or "Pick Jesus"
Butterfly Pin
Take ribbon and make an "X". Glue on safety pin to make a butterfly pin.
Colorful Barrette
Make a hair barrette with colorful ribbons (one of each color of rainbow), tied on a large bobby pin and curled using scissors.
Paper Angel
Tiny twisted paper angel.
Lamp Unto My Feet
Glue an eraser in the shape of a shoe. "Your word is a lamp unto my feet . . ." Psalm 119:105
God Bag
Small bag with the following printed on it:
- Create a crisis. (If you already have one, skip step 1)
- Write it down.
- Open bag.
- Insert crisis.
- Close bag.
- Let go and let God.
Rainbow M&M's
Put rainbow-colored M & Ms in a small ziploc bag
Mirror
"May your life reflect God's love."
Tiny Flower Pot
"Today you blossom with the Lord's love." WalMart has small (1" or less) flower pot with flowers in the craft section — they are spring colors, 6 to a pack. Small width rainbow ribbon glued around top of pot.
Butterfly Spoon
Small wooden spoon as butterfly body; poster paper wings.
Clay Pin
"Abba Father, You are the potter. We are clay in Your hands. Mold us and fashion us into the image of Jesus your son."
Chews Jesus
Stick of gum: "Chews Jesus — Jesus is the same yesterday, today, tomorrow.
Ear Plugs
Poem : "For keeping out noise as you're reading God's Word, For still, quiet times with Jesus, our Lord, For helping you concentrate on God's guidance true, For letting you know that we care for you."

Beaded Cross
Cross made from perler beads ironed together.
Angel Feather
Create a card with a feather in the middle. Poem: "I am an angel feather, Sent from God above, To serve as a reminder, Of His most gracious love."
Free Butterfly
Copy & cut out a butterfly. "Therefore, if the Son sets you free, you shall be free indeed." John 8:36
Prepare for Repair
Obtain a sewing kit and attach the saying: "Be Prepared to be Repaired."
Fish Key Ring
Wooden "Jesus" fish shape key ring — on beaded short chain.
Grace Yo-Yo
Put a small Yo-Yo in a bag with this saying: "God's grace is constantly wooing, pursuing, and drawing us back to Him."
Salt & Light
Salt packet from a fast food place and a small, Christmas light bulb.
Bible Bookmark
Put ribbon on 7 square wide plastic canvas cut long enough to fit in spine of Bible and add a note that says: "Slide this bookmark in the spine of your Bible."
Light Switch Plate
Paint or draw on a plain beige rectangular light switch plate. Suggest writing "De Colores" with a rainbow or whatever saying you prefer.
Nail Cross
Short square nail painted black and glued crossways to longer square nail painted black to make cross. Point of long one put in block of wood.

Disposable Razor
"The Word of God is living and sharper than any two-edged sword."
Beaded Angel
Make an angel with perler beads ironed together. Bend a pipe cleaner into wings.
Safety Pin Rainbow
Put 6 small safety pins hanging from one safety pin. Fill each of the hanging safety pins with the same rainbow-colored beads until you have each color of the rainbow.
Agape Bag
A bag for guests and sleepers to store agape received during the weekend.
Be A Love Bug
Many short pieces of yarn (2"-3" in length) and tie them all together with the knot in the middle. Glue bobble eyes on the knot and add a safety pin on the back. Attach a card: "A new command I give you, love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. All men will know you are my disciples, if you love one another." John 13:34 - 35
Shining Light
Strip of paper wrapped around and glued to a candle. "Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in Heaven." Matthew 5:16.
